Little Rumour Bar

Tucked away in the heart of the CBD this project was a design and construction project where we had to achieve a fresh and edgy fitout on a tight timeframe and budget .As it was an existing client there were high expectations of us. Our timeframes ensured all key construction aspects were completed in only a five week period to have a minimal impact on the adjoining businesses. This timeframe included shopfront works, the construction of main dining areas, full kitchen including all equipment and a fully functional bar.

The works were comprehensive ranging from floor finishes, wall finishes, ceiling works, custom joinery, custom stainless equipment, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, AV, custom mural artworks and graffiti works to mention a few. At completion the client was extremely pleased with the result. The project was built on budget, completed on program and also developed an overall concept from bare finishes to a fresh and edgy Sydney CBD bar.
